Home > VIOS or AIX > Adding Virtual Network to LPAR
To add Virtual network (NIC) to LPAR via vHMC use:
- Go to LPAR created as per Create LPAR
- Go to "Virtual Networks"
- Click "Attach Virtual Network"
- Select appropriate virtual network name based on site. Ideally this network should be connected to a "Virtual Network Bridge"
- Click ok.
