Create LPAR

To create LPAR using vHMC use:

1. Login into vHMC
2. Go to Power Server
3. Click on "Create Partition" on top right corner
4. Give appropriate Partition Name.
   1. Leave Partition ID to <auto assign>, Partition Type to AIX/Linux, Maximum Virtual Adapters:10
5. Click on "Processor conifguration" with Processor Mode "Shared", Uncapped
   1. For test LPAR leave virtual processors minimum, allocated and maximum to 1
   2. Processing Units minimum, allocated and maximum - 0.1
6. Click on "Memory configuration"
   1. For test LPAR perhaps Minimum and Allocated can be 2GB, while maximum can be 4GB
7. Click ok.
