Troubleshoot emails not getting downloaded in outlook issue
If emails are not getting downloaded in outlook:
- Check whether free disk space is available or not
- Check communication between laptop to mail server
- Try to restart outlook application
- Validate username and password over web login
- Ensure that "View filters" are not applied
- Try to create custom Send/Receive group for just one folder and see if that folder syncs properly. Validate local outlook content against what is visible in web login
- Ensure that in send/receive groups refresh time is large enough (Eg 10 min) so that previous sync finishes before new sync is started
- Finally if nothing else works try rebooting the system
