To obtain (download) nessus and get nessus activation key, use following steps:

# Visit https://www.tenable.com/downloads/nessus
# Download nessus for host OS where nessus would be installed Eg CentOS 7
# Click on "Get Activation Code" link at top of the page and Try nessus for 7-days.  
#: The form works properly on Chrome in CentOS 7.x but seemed to have issues with firefox.
# Fill the page and 7-day activation code should be received via email.  Example activation code is of format:
