For upgrading OS or firmware in Dell N4032 switch use:
# Download firmware from Dell site
# Extract zip file.  It will have documentation pdfs and stk (Firmware image)
# In case of stack enable firmware synchornization between stack members
# Use GUI (Web interface) to download stk on switch using http protocol for updating backup image
# Telnet / ssh to switch and use:
## show version
## boot system backup
## reload
## show version
