The utility requires Windows Media Encoder which is bundled in the download link.

The other alternative is to use cam studio. But last attempt of using "Cam Studio" on a 64-bit Windows 7 machine resulted into dll missing error. The error might have been due to 32-bit / 64-bit mismatch.
