Sonicwall analyzer setup

1. Login to your mysonicwall.com account
2. Navigate to Downloads > Free Downloads section.
3. Select Software Type: "GMS/Analyzer - Windows" from drop-down list.
4. Download latest analyzer for Windows
5. Install analyzer using downloaded setup file. During installation give static IP of the analyzer machine and not the Sonicwall firewall.
6. Reboot the system after sonicwall analyzer is installed
7. Open http://127.0.0.1/ in browser
8. Login with admin:password
9. Set new admin password
10. In Status click on "Register" link
11. In Licenses
    1. login with sonicwall.com username and password
    2. Use serial number "ANALYZER" and give any friendly name. Leave authentication code empty, if not filled already
    3. Note the serial number displayed and save it before clicking continue
12. Go to Deployment -> Roles. Fill in desired DB username and password. Click Update.
13. To add sonicwall appliance to analyzer:
    1. Open URL http://localhost/sgms/auth
    2. Go to firewall tab
    3. Right click on "Global view" in left pane and choose "Add Unit"
    4. Give sonicwall appliance IP address, admin username and password
    5. Click ok
14. Configure firewall to work with analyzer
    1. Login into firewall GUI
    2. Go to Log -> Syslog
    3. Add new syslog server. Give sonicwall analyzer IP and leave port 514
    4. Go to Log -> Analyzer
    5. Select "Enable Analyzer Settings"
    6. Click "Accept"
15. Test by going to http://localhost/ in analyzer machine after waiting for 10-15 minutes.
