NIC teaming is not recommended on AD servers
It was quite surprising to see that NIC teaming is not recommended on critical servers such as Active Directory (AD). However, there are enough blogs that indicate the same, without a single official Microsoft KB article on the topic.

One can perhaps use active/passive teaming if required.
