Configure email followup and notifications in GLPI

Go to Setup -> Notifications. Enable email based followup / notification by clicking on button
Click on "Email followup configuration" and add details:
- Enable followup via email - Yes
- Add appropriate email addresses and names. Add email address where email can be received. Do not worry about GLPI, it should be able to send email from any email address specified.
- Add signature to indicate email is coming from GLPI admin
- Enable add documents into ticket notifications
- Leave way of sending email to PHP provided sendmail or postfix is configured on current machine to send emails.
